My thing with embroidery
I
love the thought that you can make almost everything with your hands. I
started embroidery when I was 9, granny was a seamstress and since I
can remember I lived among threads, fabrics, sewing machines and other
supplies that looked like magic at that time (and, quite frankly, they
still do) .

A few years ago I started making some painted/embroidered patches for myself and got a lot of request about them. This really encouraged me to improve my skills and share my works with other people around the world. That's when I decided to open a shop on Etsy!

I am close to DIY punk culture and in this background patches are meaningful symbols. In many of my works I try to include messages that mean to me such as anti war, animal rights, self-help thoughts. Anyway I also love a little bit of fun in my embroidery and you can tell by looking at it, pink is my favourite (and definitely not the most serious) color!
